The Litigation Funding Process
Plaintiff Funding to Help Turn the Tables on the Defense

Step 1 - Complete application; Initial interview and discussion with plaintiff or attorney.

Step 2 - Client case information is provided by attorney's firm.

Step 3 - If the case is approved for funding, an offer* will be made by telephone to client or attorney depending on who is seeking funding.

Step 4 - If the offer is accepted, a funding agreement is forwarded to attorney's firm.

Step 5 - Once, the funding agreement is properly executed and returned, a check is sent via next day mail or funds are wired directly into plaintiff's bank account.

* If approved, Client/Attorney is under no obligation to accept funding.

Client/Attorney also has the option to request less money than is offered, subject to minimum funding limits.
